Elevation Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to work on the Shared Services team for a fast paced and thriving retail company based in Bradford, BD4. 

This is a fast paced role reporting into the Accounts Payable Manager where the successful candidate will take on a variety of purchase ledger duties inclusive of high volume invoice processing, payments, bank reconciliation etc. whilst providing excellent customer service to customers. 

The successful candidate will have at knowledge of Accounts Payable/ Purchase Ledger processes, possess solid communication skills and the ability to resolve complex queries in a professional and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • End to End Purchase Ledger management 
  • High volume Invoice processing, payments & bank reconciliation for these accounts
  • Query management
  • Provide excellent customer service 
  • Process improvement for these accounts
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required

About you:

  • Experience in high-volume accounts payable role
  • Excellent MS Excel skills (VLOOKUPS & Pivot Tables) 
  • Tenacious & bubbly personality
  • Solid communication skills
  • Previous customer service experience

The Purchase Ledger Clerk (AP) will work Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm (some flexibility) on a hybrid basis, 3 days WFH and 2 days from the office!  Salary up to £25.5k depending on experience
