Accounts Payable Controller

Fin Search are recruiting an Accounts Payable Controller on a 14 month FTC basis for a market leading, private equity backed retail business based in Harrogate.

The business is operating a hybrid working model - 2 days in the office and 3 days at home each week.

As an Accounts Payable Controller, this role will report in to the Finance Manager, responsible for the accurate and timely processing of accounts payable invoices.

Duties will include, however are not limited to, allocating invoices accurately, resolving any invoices queries, preparing payment runs, preparing supplier statement reconciliations, credit card account reconciliations, building strong relationships with suppliers and suggesting process improvements where relevant.

The successful candidate will:

• Have worked in an accounts payable role previously
• Have excellent attention to detail
• Have strong verbal and written communication skills

£25,000 - £27,000 + 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) + birthday day off + healthcare cover + free onsite parking (for office days) + flexible working hours + retail discounts + onsite gym + 2 days in the office and 3 days a week at home
