Accounts Payable Clerk

An exciting Accounts Payable opportunity has become available in the Sutton Coldfield area for an Accounts Payable Clerk. This role has become available due to someone needing to go off on sick leave quite suddenly and as a result the business are looking to bring someone in on a temporary basis for the foreseeable future to support the business avoid any backlog. This role here will be working as part of wider finance team, focusing on purchase ledger tasks such as; processing invoices, reconciling support statements, setting up new suppliers and much more.

Due to the short-term nature of this role the business is quite open on the level of experience they would take on, so ideally we are looking for prior experience within Accounts Payable, however if you are an immediately available candidate who is looking to get their foot in the door with some relevant studies then we are still open to having a chat with you about the role. Due to the temporary nature, this role is also looking to start quite quickly, so please only apply if you're immediately available.

• Ideally have prior experience within Accounts Payable, however this is not essential.
• Be strong on excel, this role will have a range of processing tasks on excel and will require you to be competent on this.

• Have strong attention to detail, the team here hold an incredible low error rating and they are looking for people who can work efficiently as well as accurately with them!
