The Accounts Payable Clerk role provides the opportunity to join a fast paced vibrant finance team for a business with a t/o in excess of £250m. The role is a real opportunity to grow and progress your career with the Company as you build on your knowledge and skills. This is a development opportunity where duties will increase alongside study progression on AAT qualification. This role reports direct the Accounts Payable Manager and key duties will include:
- Processing supplier invoices
- Supplier statement reconciliation
- Reconcile GRNI and purchase orders
- Supplier query resolution
- Assist with payment process
- Ad hoc reporting when required
- Strong data input experience with attention to detail
- Training and support will be offered
What We Need
- Intermediate excel skills
- Experience of accounts payable function
- Intermediate to advanced use of Excel

- Highly organised, logical with a practical approach and able to prioritise
- Ability to build, develop and maintain supportive and constructive working relationships
- Approachable, good listener
- Act with integrity, honesty and discretion.
