Page Personnel are currently recruiting for well established organisation within the insurance sector who are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team on a temporary ongoing basis which will be offering an immediate start. The experienced candidate will play a vital role in supporting on maintaining the ledgers and various transnational duties and should also hold experience within the Insurance sector.

Description
- Manage the accounts payable function in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Process invoices, reconcile invoices received and purchase orders.
- Set up new supplier accounts and maintain existing account details within the purchase ledger.
- Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements.
- Assist in the preparation of purchase summaries.
- Process business expense returns.
- Cashbook and petty cash cheque processing.
- Undertake ad-hoc projects as required to assist the Accounting & Finance team.
Profile
A successful Accounts Payable Clerk should have:
- Proficient understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounts payable payable duties.
- Must have obtained experience within the insurance industry.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Competency in MS Office, databases and accounting software.
- Will be immediately available to start the role or on a reduced notice period.
Job Offer
