Accounts Payable Associate | Nottinghamshire | up to £30k

We are currently working with a well established global business based in the Ruddington area.  We are looking to recruit an Accounts Payable Assistant to work within their small close knit finance function.  This is a great opportunity to not only get involved in the full accounts payable function, but also system improvement and processes. 

Responsibilities:

Invoice processing and reconciliation of supplier statement
Organising and running payments to suppliers
Allocating payments 
Invoice query management and problem solving
Process and system improvement using SAP
Liaison and communicating at all levels both internally and externally
Adhoc project work as and when required within the finance team

Ideal Candidate: 

Strong experience within purchase ledger 
Good communication skills at all levels 
Problem solving skills with good attention to detail
Excellent working knowledge using SAP and excel
Team Player
