Overview

An ever-progressing Legal company, are on the search for a new Accounts Payable Assistant. This role will sit within a highly skilled and diverse team, looking to support you as you grow and develop into this role. You will be reporting to the Head of Legal Accounts, ensuring all invoices are processed accurately and in a timely manner. You will gain exposure to reconciliations of supplier statements, as well as liaising with important stakeholders.

This is an amazing opportunity for a confident individual willing to take their Accounts Payable career further. Not only will you develop your career, you will aid in the development of your colleague's careers too.

Skills required

  • Experience within or knowledge of a similar Accounts Payable role.
  • The ability to work independently and in a collaborative team to achieve goals and build great relationships.
  • The ability to work under pressure, and in a timely manner, allowing you to hit targets and deadlines.
  • A basic understanding of Microsoft Package, including Excel.
  • Strong organisation skills, to ensure multiple projects are completed at the same time.
