Salary: £28,000 - £30,000

Location: Edgware Road

Hybrid: 3 days in the office

My client is a leading restaurant management group with 3 household names under management plus a new overseas chain coming to the UK market soon. This role is an exciting opportunity to join the team as a accounts payable to support the property team with the property invoices e.g. rent, service charges and insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Processing the rent, service charges and insurance invoices from landlords, for quarterly and monthly rents.

- Working closely with the property team and management accounts, ensuring accounts with Landlords are maintained and up to date.

- Produce the monthly & quarterly property payment run figures.

- Performing analysis to identify trends and anomalies in invoices and payment requests

- Prepare turnover rent certificates for landlords

- Drive process improvements and identify efficiencies in our current processes

- Perform monthly reconciliation of all property supplier ledgers across the various brands

- Responsible in producing period end reports all property accounts

- Working with the cashbook and cash control team to ensure all control accounts are cleared down and maintained

Experience, Skills & Behaviors:

- 12 - 18 months of High Volume AP experience.

- Experience using an ERP system

- Strong communication skills, with a willingness to liaise with different departments across the business.

- Strong Excel skills

- High attention to detail.

- Knowledge of property and rentals would be advantageous

- Organized with the ability to work to strict deadlines.
