- Responsible for processing invoices, maintaining supplier accounts, and aiding in resolving aged transactions as per weekly KPIs.
- Process employee expenses based on business needs.
- Assist in monthly reconciliations of supplier statements for timely review by the Accounts Payable Manager.
- Aid in maintaining the log of pending invoices for the EMEA region.
- Provide ad hoc reporting to the Accounts Payable Team Leader and offer assistance to the wider team as needed.
- Essential knowledge and preferably previous experience in a purchase ledger environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (D365) is highly desirable, especially in retail, multi-currency, and multi-site settings, along with working with European subsidiaries.
- Understanding the significance of accuracy in nominal ledger postings.
- Desirable intermediate Excel skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, follow up on issues, and ensure resolution.
