We are working with an established manufacturing company who are looking for an Accounts Office Assistant to work on a part-time basis at their office in Rochester.

This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to work in a small and friendly office environment and who is experienced and proficient with Xero accounting software.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Creating invoices.
  • Producing product certificates.
  • Inputting data into Xero.
  • Answering office phone calls.
  • Responding to emails.
  • Undertaking credit control (from time to time)

To be proficient in this role, you will need:

  • Experience using Xero accounting software.
  • Proficient with computer systems.
  • Well-spoken and highly organised.

The Package includes:

  • Salary of £16.25/hour (£20,280 p/a on 24 hours a week).
  • 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays.
  • Company Pension.
  • Secure and free on-site parking.
