Accounts Office Assistant
We are working with an established manufacturing company who are looking for an Accounts Office Assistant to work on a part-time basis at their office in Rochester.
This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to work in a small and friendly office environment and who is experienced and proficient with Xero accounting software.
The key responsibilities include:
- Creating invoices.
- Producing product certificates.
- Inputting data into Xero.
- Answering office phone calls.
- Responding to emails.
- Undertaking credit control (from time to time)
To be proficient in this role, you will need:
- Experience using Xero accounting software.
- Proficient with computer systems.
- Well-spoken and highly organised.
The Package includes:
- Salary of £16.25/hour (£20,280 p/a on 24 hours a week).
- 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays.
- Company Pension.
- Secure and free on-site parking.
Please note this position is only suitable for candidates who are already able to live and work in the UK without restriction.
