Accounts Manager

Are you an ACCA qualified professional seeking an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and growing accountancy practice? Look no further! Due to business success and growth, we are on the lookout for a talented and motivated ACCA / ACA Qualified Client Manager to join our close-knit team.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Management:
-Manage a diverse a portfolio of local clients, ensuring excellent service delivery and building strong client relationships.
-Provide expert advice on accounting, taxation, and financial matters to clients.

Compliance and Reporting:
-Oversee the preparation and submission of statutory accounts, tax returns, and other compliance-related documents.
-Keep abreast of changes in accounting regulations and ensure clients remain compliant.
-Conduct thorough financial analysis to identify areas for improvement and advise clients on strategic financial decisions.

Team Collaboration:
-Collaborate with our small but dedicated team, fostering a positive working environment and contributing to the collective success of the practice.

Business Development:
-Identify opportunities for additional services and contribute to the growth of the practice.
-Participate in networking events to enhance the firms visibility within the local business community.

Qualifications and Experience:
-ACCA qualification is preferred but nearly qualified candidates will also be considered.
-Proven experience in a similar role within an accountancy practice.
-Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and financial reporting.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
