Seeking an Accounts Assistant for a property firm based in Kent. The role involves supporting the accounting and finance team in various aspects of financial management.

Client Details

Our client is a well-established property company with a strong reputation in the industry. With over 500 employees, they have a significant presence in the market, specialising in property development, management, and investment.

Description

  • Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable using COINS
  • Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as required by the Accounting & Finance team.

Profile

A successful Accounts Assistant should have:

  • A working knowledge of COINS!!
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with Excel.
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
