Hays Accountancy & Finance are working with a rapidly growing business in Flintshire who manufacture a number of highly specialist products which they sell globally. They have multiple companies in the UK and are now expanding overseas. Due to continued growth they are looking to expand the finance team in the UK. As the Accounts Assistant you will report to the Finance Manager who knows the business well.

Duties will include:

  • Bank reconciliations
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Credit control
  • Managing customer and supplier ledgers
  • Processing purchase invoices
  • Processing credit cards and expenses
  • Payroll support


This role is perfect for people wishing to start their career in Finance and wanting to progress or for those who have a proven history in similar roles and looking for stability and a broad role. Progression will be supported with study support if required and there will be opportunities to be involved with other projects as the business grows. The business truly invests in its employees and offers a 23 day's holiday, increasing with tenure each year to 27 days. You must be eligible to work in the UK and be based locally.
