Morgan McKinley Northern Home Counties is working with an industry leading business, looking for either a graduate looking for the next step up or a strong Accounts Assistant. This is a fast paced role, so we are looking for someone who is willing to get stuck in and hungry to learn.

Role

In this role, you will be working closely with the Finance team to help with the day to day responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities;

· Payroll

· Pension Administration

· Month-End Processes

· Analysis Tasks

· Assist with additional tasks as needed.

The ideal candidate profile;

· Previous (minimum 1 year) experience in accounting or finance.

· Proficiency in payroll processing and financial analysis (desirable).

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

· Excellent communication and organizational skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· A positive approach to gaining further qualifications and continuous professional development

Salary & Benefits

Paying up to £26,000 per annum, plus benefits.
