Page Personnel is supporting a thriving SME business based in Wimborne with their recruitment of an Accounts Assistant to join their accountancy team on a full time temporary basis with a very high potential to go perm. This is an office based role which will give you the chance to work in a highly collaborative finance team & reports to the Finance Manager.

Client Details

Our client is a thriving SME business based in Wimborne. To access the office you will need to be able to drive. Due to a period of significant growth they are looking to expand their team with longer term growth plans too.

Description

As the Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Processing invoices
  • Raising invoices
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Dealing with queries
  • Preparing the payment runs
  • Supporting with the monthly payroll
  • Chasing outstanding debt
  • Any other adhoc duties

Profile

In order to be considered for the Accounts Assistant role, you must:

  • Have previously worked in a similar role and be able to demonstrate this
  • Be immediately available or on short notice
  • Be able to commute to the office every day
  • Be able to work in part of a small team
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Be able to multi task
