Three Bridges Recruitment are proud to be working with a fantastic charity based in the heart of Stirling. This company are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join the finance team on a permanent basis. This is a well-known company with a great reputation and amazing values.

Job

The role of Accounts Assistant will give you the opportunity to be involved with the following:

  • Raise, send and organise the payment of invoices
  • High volume bank reconciliations
  • Credit card reconciliation
  • Expenses processing
  • Reconcile company accounts
  • Chase late payments
  • Credit control
  • Cash book/Day book Income & Expenditure maintenance
  • Maintaining the company purchase and sales ledgers
  • Basic administration

You

As an Accounts Assistant you will be skilled &/or qualified in the following:

  • Previous experience working with bank reconciliation
  • Either AP or AR experience
  • Great communicator and able to work with both stakeholders and beneficiaries of the charity
