Accounts Assistant

My client is a highly reputable firm of accountants based in Northampton, due to expansion they now have a vacancy for a Trainee / Apprentice Accountant. Reporting into the practice manager, this entry level role will provide broad exposure to all areas of accountancy, including: • Accounts Preparation • Completion of VAT Returns • Client Book-keeping - Purchase and Sales Ledgers • Daily use of Sage and MS Excel The ideal candidate will be looking for a challenging and varied role that can offer long term development and scope towards studying AAT. A basic starting salary of £16,000 coupled with AAT Study Support and comprehensive on the job training awaits.
