 Are you an Accounts Assistant seeking a stable, steady role in a friendly environment?

Reed Accountancy in Oxford are pleased to be exclusively partnering with a well known organisation in Oxford to help source an Accounts Assistant to join their close knit finance function. The role offers a salary between £23-£27,000 per annum (based on experience), 20 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), study support, pension and progression & development.

This is a permanent, office based role.

The responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

Process client invoicing

Manage collection of arrears

Produce and review debt reporting across all clients

Complete client financial reports on a regular basis and provide information to the property management team

Production and reconciliation of monthly statements for estates

Assisting property managers with the production of budgets and review against actual expenditure

Update contracts to assist with invoice processing

Completing client bank reconciliations

Contribute to finance projects

Ensuring compliance with internal and external controls

The ideal candidate will have prior accounts experience in a similar role. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and will have confidence in liaising with internal and external stakeholders. You will have good, solid experience on Excel and accountancy package. Finally, you will be able to work as part of a close knit finance function.
