My client, a vibrant media company are looking for an enthusiastic Accounts Assistant to join their team and provide essential support to the department.

You will have a basic grounding in finance with a willingness to pursue a career in finance. This role will be reporting to the Head of Finance and will interact closely with various departments across the company.

Key Duties

  • Take responsibility for reviewing the end-to-end AP process in terms of ensuring invoices are being sent to the correct inboxes, that PO numbers are used, that queries are being answered in a timely manner
  • Create new vendors in system and ensure supplier set up is correct
  • Managing Petty Cash

  • Bank reconciliations

  • Credit Control

  • Manage the Expense process and prepare the monthly direct expenses summary for review

Requirements

  • Strong excel skills
  • Commercial mind-set
