Temporary Accounts Payable Clerk - £25,000 - £30,000 – (hybrid working) Maidenhead, Berkshire
 
Trace Recruit is delighted to be supporting the Finance Director of a global technology company who is looking for an Accounts Payable clerk on a temporary basis.
This role will be around 6 months to help during their busy period.
  
About Your New Role:
  • Monitoring daily communications and answering any queries.
  • Receiving, processing, verifying and reconciling invoices.
  • Assisting in the reconciliation of accounts.
  • Verify the expense reports, ensuring employees are paid correctly.
  • Processing and completing payments.
  • Complete on any ad hoc tasks and support other departments when necessary.
  
Your Skills & Qualifications:
  • 1 – 2 years’ experience working in AP
  • Comfortable working with Excel and spreadsheets
  • High level of accuracy
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and attention to detail
