We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our client's team. If you have a strong background in accounts payable and are looking for a temporary opportunity, this could be the perfect role for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Process accounts payable invoices accurately and efficiently
  • Perform reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies
  • Assist with month-end closing activities
  • Prepare reports and assist with analysis when necessary
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial records

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in accounts payable
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

This is a one-month temporary position, starting on 15th April 2024 might be extended depending on workload. As an Accounts Assistant, you will be working full-time, Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm in accounts payable . Our client offers an hourly rate of £16.00.
