Our client is looking for Accounts Assistant in anewly created role. They are a rail company that operate in the North.

Your new role
You will be responsible for day-to-day operation of the BankingServices department, ensuring compliance with company procedures and bestpractice. Assist the system accountant and financial accountant with systemadmin duties for Concur, SAP ECC/S4 & SAP Neptune.
Input bank statements on a dailybasis.
Post revenue, payroll, andmiscellaneous debits and credits on a daily basis.
Match items and maintain bankreconciliations.
Assist the Systems Accountantwith the management expenses and procurement support.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have:
1 -2 years' experience in aFinance role
Excellent inter-personal andcommunication skills.
Confident in Excel, MS Office;with SAP/SAP BI/SAP BPC an advantage.
AAT Qualification or commencedstudy and studying towards CIMA or ACCA (desirable)
