A successful global technology company headquartered in Bordon has engaged CMA Recruitment Group exclusively to aid in the recruitment of an Accounts Assistant. This role involves working closely with a small and amiable team, where the appointed candidate will manage their responsibilities independently while also supporting the broader function.

What will the Accounts Assistant role involve?

  • All aspects of the purchase ledger function, including dealing with suppliers and making payments.
  • Staff expenses.
  • Reduction of debt via telephone and email.
  • Month-end support; accruals and prepayments and journals.

Suitable Candidate for the Accounts Assistant vacancy:

  • Previous transactional finance experience, along with a ‘can do’ attitude.
  • The ability to work at pace and manage your workload and deadlines.

Additional benefits and information for the role of Accounts Assistant:

  • 29 days holidays, increasing with service up to 33.
  • Hybrid working pattern, Monday to Thursday in the office and Friday from home.
