• Completing bank payments and processing credit/debit card refunds.
• Calculating financial commissions.
• Administering warranty claims.
• Conducting purchase ledger reconciliation.
• Assisting with monthly balance sheet reconciliation.
• Addressing customer queries.
• Providing credit control cover.
• Working effectively as part of a busy team and under pressure.
• Prioritising workload and demonstrating initiative.

• Experience in a similar Accounts Assistant role.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Organisational skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Experience with Kerridge is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided.
