We are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join a respected clinic in Brighton. This is a temporary position working 4 days per week in the office.

As an Accounts Assistant you will be responsible for assisting the accounts team.The successful candidate will have Purchase Ledger and Xero experience and will also need to demonstrate previous experience in bookkeeping.

As an Accounts Assistant you will assist with:

  • Processing Invoices accurately
  • Assisting with accounts payable
  • Preparing financial data and reports
  • Purchase Ledger
  • Supporting staff with financial processing
  • Month end processing
  • Daily and monthly bank reconciliation
