Description

· Invoice reconciliation

· Entering purchase invoices and reconciling to statements

· Credit control

· Preparing VAT returns

· Preparing journals such as accruals, prepayments and depreciation.

· Supplier payment reconciliation

· Sales invoicing

· Bank reconciliation

Profile

A successful Accounts Assistant should have:

• Experience in Accounts
• Experience in Sage Software
