We are recruiting for an entry level candidate who is looking to peruse a career in accounts receivable to join our client who is a tech business with their head office based in Letchworth Garden City. This position is office based 4 times a week, with 1 day working from home. It is based in a fantastic office with high spec facilities including a gym and shower, social areas, wellbeing pods and on-site parking.

Are you looking to start your career in Accounts Receivable?

You will be responsible for:

• Raising high volume invoices in an efficient and timely manner.
• Ownership of the UK and US Sale ledgers, ensuring that all due invoices are paid according to contractual terms and the company’s Credit Policy.
• Ensuring prompt payment by liaising with clients via telephone & email. 
• Log all disputes accurately and with precise information in Smartsheet’s.
• Assist with the management of the shared AR inboxes and promptly assisting with any incoming queries.

Skills and Experience:

• Credit control experience is desirable but not essential.
• Willingness to learn and take on challenges.
• Good team player. 
• Someone looking for a career in Finance. 

This role is fully office based in Letchworth Garden City and the working hours are 8:30am-5:30pm Monday-Friday.
