HPCareers is recruiting for an international, award winning, design and manufacturing company. We have a contract opportunity for a an experienced Accounts Assistant to work in a small finance team.

  • Hours: Mon - Fri 37.5 hours a week (office based)
  • Location: Saltaire
  • Duration: Long term (on-going)

Duties:

  • Receiving and processing all invoices, expense forms and requests for payment
  • Maintaining spreadsheets
  • Statement Reconciliation
  • Purchase Ledger payments
  • Assisting month ends and VAT returns
  • Supporting the Finance Manager and team



Person Specification:

  • Experience Accounts Assistant in a Finance team
  • Good knowledge of Sage and Excel
  • Finance qualification is preferred
  • Must be able to commit to a long term contract
  • Must be able to work in the office full time
