Salary and benefits of the Accountants Assistant role will include:

  • Basic £25,000 - £30,000
  • Mon to Fri 9am - 5.30pm

The role of the Accountants Assistant will include:

  • Posting bank receipts in various forms.
  • Bank reconciliations.
  • Dealing with telephone and email queries.
  • Assisting with credit control.
  • Dealing with invoices.
  • Helping with budgeting.
  • Create service charge and ground rent invoices.
  • Helping property managers with section 20 notices/demands.
  • Leaseholds outstanding.

The skills required for the Accountants Assistants role include:

  • Microsoft skill beneficial but not essential(Pivot Tables, Formula's, Data Processing & Mail Merges).
  • Sound knowledge of Propman or similar finance software.
  • Data entry skills along with strong numerical and logical knowledge.
  • Excellent communication skills and literacy.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Integrity and team player.
