Description

The main duties of the Accounts Assistant within Property Industry:

  • Creating service charge budgets for blocks of flats
  • Raising ground rent and service charge demands
  • Responding to leaseholder account enquires by email and phone.
  • Credit control - chasing arrears
  • Some bank reconciliations
  • Placing utility contracts for buildings managed.

Profile

A successful Accounts Assistant within Property Industry

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • A strong understanding of the property industry.
