We are supporting our most successful client in Basingstoke with a receivables focusedentry-level role. Responsibilities for the Accounts Assistant- Receivables and Cash

  • Diligently process incoming customer orders, meticulously reviewing specifications and ensuring seamless coordination with warehouse and logistics teams for accurate and on-time delivery.

  • Collaborate proactively with Sales, Customer Service, and other relevant departments to swiftly resolve any order discrepancies, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

  • Execute the end-to-end invoicing process, including the generation, verification, and distribution of invoices.

  • Maintain a high level of accuracy to uphold financial integrity and compliance with company policies.

  • Contribute to the maintenance and organization of comprehensive records for all customer transactions, including order histories, payment details, and communication logs, facilitating efficient retrieval of information for analysis and reporting purposes.

  • Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed about industry best practices, company policies, and procedural updates, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
