Page Personnel are recruiting for a part time Accounts Assistant on behalf of a leading energy business based in Salford (near Spinningfields).

The purpose of this role is to take responsibility for the end to end accounts payable function whilst also assisting sales ledger and bank reconciliations.

We are looking for someone to do part time hours across five days eg 10am-2pm/3pm Monday-Friday.

Description

Accounts Assistant duties include:

- Processing payments and completing daily bank reconciliations.

- Matching Purchase orders to Purchase invoices.

- Resolving any supplier queries/set-ups.

- Assist in month and year end.

- Posting purchase invoices.

- Dealing with finance related requests from other team members and looking after the expenses system for all the internal teams.

- Operation Support - Aiding with fulfilment.

Profile

The successful candidate will:

- Have a proven track record in a similar role (accounts payable or accounts assistant)

- Be an excellent written and verbal communicator

- Be proficient in MS Office

- Have strong attention to detail

- Be able to work alone or as part of a team

Job Offer

A salary up to £28,000 (full time equivalent), hybrid working, pension, holidays & study support.
