Accounts Assistant - Maternity Cover

Edward Mann are currently partnered with a professional services business based in Camden, London who require an Accounts Assistant for the next 6 months to support a maternity leave. This role is based in the office 3 days a week, with 2 days a week available to work from home. Those wishing to work in the office full-time are welcome to do so. This role is paying up to 35k per annum dependent on experience.

Due to the immediate requirement of this role, candidates ideally need to be available on maximum 1 week notice period or less.

Daily responsibilities:

? Invoice and expense claims processing
? Credit card expenses processing
? Credit Control
? Maintaining the company purchase and sales ledgers
? Bank reconciliations
? Raising sales invoices
? Liaising with third party providers, clients, and suppliers
? Basic administration
? Updating and maintaining procedural documentation
? Maintaining cash flow forecast
? Monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations

Experience required:

?Candidates are required to have evidenced experience of working in a transactional finance environment (AP/AR alongside ad hoc admin)

? A background in finance education is preferred i.e. University/AAT studies or similar

? Candidates must be immediately available or on short term notice period
