Accounts Assistant, Huddersfield, £comp plus study support

A Chartered Accountancy Practice in Halifax is recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join their business.

To be considered you must have experience working in an accountancy practice.

Study support can be offered for AAT, ACCA a or ACA.

Duties

· Maintaining a portfolio of clients, ranging from sole trader/partnerships to Ltd Co’s

· Preparing statutory accounts, CT computations and associated self assessment tax returns.

· Bookkeeping/VAT return work on various clients

· Will be allocated to a senior member of staff who would provide mentoring assistance

Hours: 8.30-5pm with an hour for lunch

Flexi time can be offered to fit around travel arrangements/childcare

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £21,443.00-£22,575.00 per year
