Accounts Assistant + AAT Study

Blackley, Manchester

£25,000 - £30,000

This is a role where you'll work with a manager who will encourage you, motivate you and inspire you to want her role!

She is a Qualified Management Accountant who started at the business as an apprentice 10 years ago and has progressed to where she is due to the support and encouragement she's had from management.

What this means is you'll be working for someone who wants to see you qualify, wants to see you develop your skillset and in return, wants to see you progress through the business.

It is essential you have transactional experience, including purchase ledger and expenses as although your role will initially be focussed on this (approx. 6 months to embed yourself into the business), within your first year you will be exposed to more complex duties at month-end.

The sky is the limit with this role; if you're ambitious, the business will recognise this and give you all the resources to achieve your career goals and allow you to assist with recruiting additional members of the transactional finance team - of which you will have the opportunity to train and mentor in a few years' time.

As you can see from the above overview it's a relaxed atmosphere and they are happy to work with someone and be flexible for the next individual's requirements as opposed to demanding X,Y & Z.

**The business is just a 10-minute walk from Queen's Road Tram Stop**

I am interviewing immediately so please submit your CV to:
