New opportunity to work for a business in Waltham Abbey as their Accounts Assistant / Administrator.

This is an exciting and varied role in a growing international organisation.

The role works within a finance team of five staff and would suit individuals who are either studying towards their AAT (or equivalent) or have some experience of an accounts/finance role.

Summary & Benefits:

  • Permanent, Full-Time
  • £24,000 per annum
  • Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm
  • Office Based

Key Duties:

  • Purchase Ledger - process invoices including matching to purchase orders.
  • Posting and allocating payments/receipts as per daily bank statements.
  • Supporting Financial Accountant in daily tasks, including general administration.

About You:

  • 1-2 years Finance or Accounts experience
  • Knowledge of Xero software ideally (not essential)
