Accounts Administrator
Position: Accounts Administrator
Location: Fife
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (Hybrid)
A leading accounting firm providing a wide range of financial services to businesses in Fife are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Process and maintain financial records, including invoices, payments, and receipts
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Assist with payroll processing and maintain employee records
- Prepare and submit VAT returns and other tax-related documents
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements
- Provide general administrative support to the accounting team
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Accounts Administrator or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
