Our client is a growing Financial Services organisation with a proud company culture. They are now looking to recruit an Accounts Administrator to join a small team that supports a very personable Finance Manager.
The purpose of this role is to assist with the smooth management of credit control and accounts, working methodically through tasks to maintain the successful day to day running of the finance function.

If you have a natural flair for numbers and have gained some previous accounts administration experience, then this is a fantastic opportunity for you to join a friendly and vibrant team and specialise within a niche industry!

Key Responsibilities; -
* Settlement of client invoices.
* Uploading client transactions.
* Chasing companies via email and telephone for unpaid withdrawals.
* Liaising with clients and Financial Advisers.
* Monitoring inbox for queries and replying within service level agreement.
* Working in a small friendly team to achieve weekly targets.

Candidate Specification; -
* Excellent numeracy and administration skills.
* Confident with very good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Very good IT skills including MS Excel.
* Methodical with attention to detail and accuracy.
* Positive with a willingness to learn.
