Accounts Administrator - Finance Assistant / Office Administrator - PART TIME

Location: Wandworth, SW18

Hours: 24 hours / week split over 3 or 4 days

Office based (Wandsworth) with some WFH flexibility

Salary: up to £32K pro rata

Our client is a wine agent and importer to the UK multiple retailers (Tesco, Waitrose, Sainsburys, Morrisons).
Based in Wandsworth, they import wine from around the world. They are a small team who multi-task between roles and therefore are looking for someone who can get stuck into a number of various jobs (making tea / sending samples / booking in orders / event organisation / PA & general office admin / supplier relations / talking to customers).

Primarily the role will include:

Invoicing (from invoice creation to receipt of payment), communication with the accounts team and office administration. Every customer is different and therefore every invoice is different.

The Accounts Administrator will need to be very organised, happy to investigate issues alone and pushing on until the invoice is paid.

They are looking for someone who is confident with numbers (book keeping would be a plus, but not essential), who is willing to own the job from start to finish - from the creation of invoices (via different portals) chase down payments and to monitor all aspects of invoicing to completion.


On the admin side they are looking for someone who is happy with sending samples, booking travel, re-booking orders, filling in forms, speaking with hauliers, suppliers and customers. The candidate needs to be organised, self-motivated and a calm multi-tasker.
