We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join our team on a 12-month FTC, with the potential to become a permanent employee. You will be responsible for:

• Reviewing and reconciling client accounts and resolving discrepancies.
• Preparing financial reports and statements
• Maintaining financial records and online filing systems
• Providing administrative support to the finance department
• Assisting with the analysis of financial data and the transition to new systems

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• At least 2-3 years of experience working in a finance department.

• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Sage 50 and preferably MRI Qube
• AAT qualification or equivalent (preferred but not essential)
• Motivation, commitment, and attention to detail
