Accountant | £36,000 - £39,000| Permanent | Hybrid | Lancashire | Housing:

Castlefield Recruitment are working with an Housing Association in Lancashire who are looking to recruit a Commercial Finance Accountant to their busy team. The role is offered on a permanent basis and offers hybrid working arrangements

Duties:

• Provide support to the Finance Business Partner with monthly financial reporting and preparation of the annual budget
• Produce and present analysis to non financial staff 
• Collate all relevant information for the annual capital budget
• Responsible for monthly management accounts 
• Responsible for budgeting and forecasting cash flow 

Experience:

• Experience working within Social Housing (other public sector and non-for profit industry would be considered)
• Must be working toward ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualification 
• Strong experience of regular reporting procedures and management accounts preparation 
• Ability to communicate technical finance matters to non-financial colleagues 
• Experience producing/presenting reports or presentations 
• Strong excel skills and able to produce financial information
