About the Company:

Our client a chartered accountant and business management specialists serving the Sports, Entertainment and Manufacturing industries are looking for a finalist or qualified AAT or ACCA accountant to join their outgoing fun team based in Central London.

The Details:

Full-time - Permanent

Salary: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

About the Role:

The role would be suited towards a semi senior looking for their first senior role in a public practice which will enable them to reach their true potential. An experienced public practice accountant also suited for this position.

This accountancy practice prides themselves on being employee focused and all of their staff enjoy a rewarding and progressive career.

Requirements:

  • Preferably at least three years of public practice experience.
  • Experienced in SME taxation and manage portfolio of clients
  • Attention to details and efficient
  • Ms Word, Excel, Outlook and IT skills is essential
  • Proficient in Sage 50, Quickbook Online and Xero is essential
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • A valid UK work permit

The responsibilities in the office will include:

  • Accounts preparation for limited companies, sole traders, partnerships & LLPs
  • preparation and complete various taxation returns i.e. Corporation tax, Self Assessment, VAT and etc.
  • Running Payrolls and administration
  • Exciting ad hoc tax investigation work
  • Work together as a team among colleagues
  • Liaising with clients and working closely with the partners
