ACCOUNTANT/TAX SENIOR

Qualified - £45,000 - £55,000

Part qualified - £40,000 - £45,000

Putney area

Full time permanent

Hrs 9-5.30

A great opportunity for a person with a background in Practice.

  • Will run your own portfolio of accountancy and tax clients.
  • Ideally qualified, part qualified (we are an ACCA training practice) or qualified by experience candidate.
  • You will be proficient in the preparation of financial statements and regularly prepare financial statements in accordance with FRS105 and FRS102(1A).
  • Supervision of staff, some of which will be qualified and they will be responsible for running a portfolio.
  • A good tax knowledge is essential.
  • Proficient in Sage, Xero and QuickBooks.
  • You will ideally have at least four years tax work experience in a good standard firm of accountants.
  • You will predominantly be preparing personal tax returns for self employed people, high net worth individuals etc but would also be expected to have a good knowledge of corporation tax.
  • You will generally be expected to have a good understanding of all types of tax.
  • Using PTP software, which is an IRIS company.
