As an Advisor based in our clients Letchworth office, you will play a crucial role in the Recruitment Accountancy department. The primary focus is to uphold existing client relationships, ensure service levels are maintained, and explore commercial, tax, and business planning opportunities. In this position, you will lead a team providing outsourcing and compliance services, collaborating with other lead relationship contacts, and reporting to the Head of Department.

In this dynamic role, your daily tasks will include:

• Serving as the lead relationship contact for a designated portfolio of clients.
• Cultivating enduring relationships with clients.
• Managing a team to deliver exceptional services.
• Adding value to the overall work accomplished by the team.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Qualified with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience.
• Proactive approach to tasks, regardless of size.
• Motivated by a fast-paced environment.
• Previous leadership experience.
• Experience in managing a portfolio of clients.
• Ability to identify and convert opportunities.
• Capability to work independently.
