Location: AylesburySalary Range: £40,000 to £50,000 per annum D.O.E

We are currently seeking an experienced Account Manager to join a growing team in Aylesbury. As an Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring overall customer satisfaction and maximizing revenue opportunities.

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients within the mechanical engineering sector in Aylesbury. Your duties will include conducting regular client meetings, understanding their requirements, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in mechanical engineering, enabling you to understand and effectively communicate with clients regarding their technical needs. Prior experience in account management is essential, where you have proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.

You should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, allowing you to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Additionally, exceptional organizational and time management skills are crucial, as you will be handling multiple accounts simultaneously.

Skills Required:

- Mechanical Engineering Background 

- Previously worked as an Account Manager with Mechanical Engineering experience/knowledge

- Team Management skills
