Join a fast-paced, vibrant, internationally recognised firm that has won awards for its technology and audio-visual rentals. The company has company-owned locations in Ireland, Australia, and the UK. It rents out IT and AV gear along with related accessories to a variety of businesses, including government, corporate, and nonprofit institutions.

You will develop sales prospects for short-term technology rentals to a variety of end users in your role as Account Manager.

In particular, you will actively contribute to the retention and expansion of the client base by managing customer interactions and driving the increase of rental revenue. You possess exceptional understanding of products and pricing and can respond to consumer inquiries with speed and efficiency.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Drive rental revenue growth
  • Retain and grow customer base
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients
  • Adopt a project management approach for larger requirements and ensure equipment and resources are scheduled/delivered on time
  • Make personal visits to clients to ensure satisfaction
  • Network with potential clients
  • Prepare quotations, rental agreements, invoices and sales analysis reports
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients

Requirements:

  • Sales experience
  • Strong presentation and communication abilities with proof of modifying communication techniques for various audiences
  • A high degree of computer literacy and meticulousness
  • The ability to work quickly and efficiently while delivering precise work on time
