We have an excellent opportunity to become part of a company that sells a variety of Health and Home products to a plethora of well-known drugstores, supermarkets, and premium brands. As Account Manager, you’ll nurture existing accounts, be consulted on product commerciality and ensure customer satisfaction is maintained.


Salary – Up to £40,000 Per Annum

Location – Peterborough / Hybrid 1 day a week from home

Role Type – Permanent / Full time / Monday-Friday / 9-5:30

The Role


You’ll manage key retail accounts, driving product development, sales, and commercial strategies to boost sales and margin performance, whilst maintaining top-notch customer service. All of this will include identifying new product opportunities, developing brands, preparing costings and quotations, negotiating prices, and ensuring smooth transitions to Product Managers for new product development projects.


You'll also engage in cost engineering, lifecycle management of products, budgeting for sales, margins, and new product development costs, whist tracking sales against budgets. Additionally, you'll manage the customer interface, including presentations, meetings, and communication, ensuring adherence to customer KPIs and requirements, and managing customer briefs and product launches to meet deadlines.


This role would suit someone with a background in FMCG with a minimum of 2 years of account management experience however other industry backgrounds will be duly considered. You will also need a full UK driving license.
