Your Role:

• Deepen your product, customer, and supplier knowledge to boost sales and client retention.
• Engage regularly with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Drive sales through upselling and cross-selling strategies.
• Re-engage lapsed customers, unlocking potential business opportunities.
• Tailor solutions to client needs, providing accurate quotations and following up to secure orders.
• Efficiently process and oversee customer orders, from inception to delivery.
• Manage and allocate stock for project orders, ensuring seamless supply from suppliers.
• Tackle delivery follow-ups and resolve any emerging issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Maintain an up-to-date CRM system, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
