Position: Account Manager
Location: Ellesmere Port (Hybrid)
Salary: £30,000-£32,000 + £6K average commission
  
A high-performing Digital Marketing agency are looking to add to their client services team with an Account Manager! They are seeking a driven and confident person, who has prior experience communicating at the client level and managing accounts.
  
Responsibilities Include:
  • Building and maintaining client relationships
  • Overseeing client briefs and ensuring successful and timely delivery
  • Translation of client briefs to digital delivery teams
  • Monitoring and reporting to clients
  • Strategic planning
  • Meeting with clients and upselling
Experience Needed:
  • A driver's licence is required for this position
  • A background in/ understanding of digital marketing is highly desirable
  • Experience working in an agency will be beneficial
  • Experience managing relationships and accounts
  • Experience effectively communicating at the client level
  • Business development and sales experience is desirable
